Abstract (English) : The scientific workforce is evolving, with increasing demand for researchers who can apply their expertise beyond traditional academic settings.
Many scientists and postgraduate students possess strong technical and analytical skills, but are often not adequately prepared to translate these into industry contexts.
By providing insight into how scientific knowledge can be applied in real-world, industry-driven environments, the workshop supports the development of adaptable, innovation-oriented scientists.
It also strengthens the broader science ecosystem by fostering collaboration between academia and industry, ultimately enhancing the societal and economic impact of scientific research.
